Problem: App not appearing after installation

Solution: Refresh your Shopify admin dashboard or check under Apps and Sales Channels. If it still doesn't appear, try reinstalling the app.


Problem: Can’t sign up or verify account

Solution: Ensure you're entering a valid phone number or email. Check your spam folder for the verification email or request a new OTP if using phone verification.

Problem: Product stuck in “Under Review” status

Solution: Product reviews may take up to 3 business days. If it takes longer, contact OPEN Support through the support portal.

Problem: Product not showing in Shopify store

Solution: Ensure you’ve published the product to your desired store. Also, confirm that it has been assigned to a Shopify sales channel.

Problem: Orders not syncing with OPEN

Solution: Check your integration status in the OPEN app. If the issue persists, reconnect your store via the app’s settings and contact support.
